Redefining Stocking Stuffers: Part One

There are stocking stuffers, and then there are stocking stuffers. When it comes to the traditional stocking, you’re probably reaching for chocolates and novelties. But for anybody who’s looking to make an impact with something showstopping, we’d like to suggest a stocking stuffer that’s a little more unexpected.

Our TUSK Miniatures are small in scale but mighty in meaning, crafted in sterling silver and finished by hand in our London workshop. They are limited to just one hundred pieces each, and each of them carries its own quiet gravitas.

At first glance, these miniature creations are beautiful - but on closer inspection, you’ll discover the finely chased details that bring each animal to life. Each piece is named for a region where Tusk, the pioneering conservation charity supported by HRH The Prince of Wales, works tirelessly to protect endangered wildlife.

The Chyulu miniature elephant represents a population in Kenya that’s continually threatened by ivory poaching. Tusk supports the Big Life Foundation in monitoring and anti-poaching initiatives there, work that’s helped dramatically reduce poaching since 2010. It is a reminder that even the smallest object can carry a story of resilience.

Keeping Chyulu company, our Gourma miniature elephant, inspired by the sub-desert elephants of Mali is a symbol of hope measuring four centimetres. With only around 550 of these remarkable animals remaining, Tusk’s Mali Elephant Project unites local communities and supports an anti-poaching unit dedicated to protecting ancient migratory routes.

The Kunene miniature rhino draws attention to Namibia’s black rhino population. Despite steady recovery since the 1980s, these rhinos are under renewed threat. Tusk helps the Save the Rhino Trust continue their vital work, safeguarding one of Africa’s most fragile wildlife strongholds.

Finally, the Luangwa miniature lion pays tribute to the South Luangwa region in Zambia, where Tusk aids anti-poaching and anti-trafficking efforts to protect this wildlife rich wilderness. Lions across the globe face harsh realities and this miniature celebrates both their majesty and the people fighting to protect them.

Each piece is hallmarked by the London Assay Office, a guarantee of authenticity and craftsmanship with roots stretching back to 1327. 20% of every sale is donated straight to Tusk, ensuring your gift doesn’t just delight the lucky recipient - it also contributes to the ongoing protection of endangered species.

Slipping a silver miniature into a stocking is an act of irreverence. After all, these aren’t trinkets. They’re miniature masterpieces, shaped by over fifty years of expertise, heritage and London craft. But for those who enjoy a touch of whimsy with their luxury, they’re the sort of stocking stuffer that sets a new standard. Small, yes, but with a presence that lasts far beyond Christmas morning.
